Lost your reference code?
For privacy and security reasons, lost reference codes cannot be retrieved. If you no longer have your code, please submit a new report and we'll merge any duplicates during review.
How long does it take?
High-priority reports are reviewed within 24 hours by our rapid response team. Standard reports typically receive an initial assessment within 2–3 working days. You can return to this page anytime to check progress.
